EL DOMO DEL DINERO – REGLAS Y PROCEDIMIENTOS OFICIALES DE VOTACIÓN
Los televidentes deben tener en cuenta que las siguientes reglas y procedimientos están sujetos a modificación a la entera discreción de Telemundo Network Group, LLC (“Productor”).
A. DISPONIBILIDAD DE VOTACIÓN:
La votación para el programa, "El Domo del Dinero" ("Programa") se ejecutará durante todo el período de votación (ver "CUÁNDO VOTAR"). Cada día, los televidentes podrán votar por su concursante favorito. Hay uno (1) método de votación para enviar su(s) voto (s) para el Show, como se describe a continuación.
B. METODOS DE VOTACIÓN:
VOTACION EN LÍNEA (“Votación en Línea”). Para el Programa, la votación en línea está disponible con un identificador único válido a través de la web en línea y móvil en Telemundo.com/vota. Durante el período de votación (ver "CUÁNDO VOTAR") vaya a Telemundo.com/vota (computadora de escritorio o móvil), haga clic en "VOTA" y siga los enlaces para votar usando su identificador único válido para emitir su voto. Durante el período de votación del Programa, hay un límite de hasta un (1) voto por día por identificador único. No se contará cualquier intento de exceder el número de votos asignados por identificador único. Si ha tomado las medidas adecuadas para emitir sus votos, se le presentará una página de confirmación.

El Productor se reserva el derecho de descalificar, bloquear o eliminar cualquier voto proveniente de un medio electrónico, mecánico o automatizado, o de cualquier individuo que altere u obstruya el proceso de votación, como se establece en este documento. Las reglas y procedimientos están sujetos a cambios a discreción exclusiva del Productor.
La Votación en Línea está limitada a personas con un identificador único y válido.
C. COSTO DE VOTACIÓN:
La Votación en Línea está sujeta a cargos estándar de acceso a Internet. Si navega a la página de Votación en Línea o a través de un teléfono móvil, se pueden aplicar tarifas de datos.
D. CUANDO VOTAR:
Período de votación: la votación está disponible a partir del martes 13 de octubre de 2020 a las 7:00 p.m. ET y estará disponible hasta el jueves 4 de febrero de 2021 a las 7:00 p.m. ET, sujeto a cambios a discreción del Productor.
Las reglas y los procedimientos están sujetos a modificación a entera discreción del Productor y sin previo aviso.
E. EXENCIONES DE RESPONSABILIDAD:
Telemundo Network Group, LLC, y/o Telescope, Inc., y sus empresas matrices, subsidiarias y afiliadas y personas (conjuntamente, los “Administradores”) no asumen ni asumirán responsabilidad alguna respecto de mensajes de texto perdidos, incompletos, tardíos, dañados, dirigidos incorrectamente o incompletos; dificultades, fallas o mal funcionamiento de teléfonos (incluidos los auriculares/teléfonos inalámbricos), líneas telefónicas o sistemas telefónicos u otras fallas en las comunicaciones; torres de equipamiento celular, sistemas telefónicos o servicios inalámbricos; redes o servidores interrumpidos o no disponibles; falta de comunicación, fallos de hardware o software informático u otras fallas técnicas; transmisiones incomprensibles, perdidas, mal enrutadas o mezcladas; cualquier error, omisión, interrupción, defecto o demora en cualquier transmisión o comunicación; congestión en el tráfico o por cualquier problema técnico que pueda causar que la votación sea interrumpida o corrompida. Si por algún motivo la votación no puede llevarse a cabo según lo planeado, o si existe una infección debido a un virus informático, bug, manipulación, intervención no autorizada, fraude o fallas técnicas, o si alguna otra causa que exceda el control de los Administradores corrompe o afecta la administración, seguridad, equidad, integridad o el debido desarrollo de esta votación, los Administradores se reservan el derecho, a su entera discreción, de retirar la transmisión de cualquier voto. Además, los Administradores pueden descalificar permanentemente de cualquier promoción a cualquier persona que ellos consideren que haya violado intencionalmente estas reglas, y finalizar o suspender la votación en cualquier momento, y declarar los resultados del voto basados en los votos hasta ese momento, si parece que el proceso de votación ha sido distorsionado por el acceso de piratas informáticos u otra interferencia que ocasione que los resultados no reflejen los votos válidos reales si es que la votación continúa. En el supuesto de dificultades técnicas con la Votación en Línea o la Votación Xfinity, los Administradores se reservan el derecho a revisar los votos para comprobar su exactitud y a tomar cualquier medida apropiada, incluida, entre otras, la anulación de los votos emitidos durante el período en el cual ocurrieron dichas dificultades técnicas. Los Administradores y sus respectivos agentes, ejecutivos, directores, empleados, subsidiarias y afiliadas no asumen responsabilidad alguna por ninguna lesión o daños que sufra la computadora de los participantes o de cualquier otra persona relacionados con o que surjan de la participación o descarga de materiales o software relacionado con este voto. Los Administradores no son responsables de las fallas electrónicas, técnicas, informáticas o en las telecomunicaciones o redes de cualquier tipo, por la transcripción inexacta de la información de la votación, los errores en cualquier material promocional o de marketing, de cualquier error humano o electrónico, o de los votos que sean robados, dirigidos incorrectamente, confusos, demorados por las transmisiones informáticas, perdidos o tardíos. Al participar, cada persona acepta indemnizar y eximir a los Administradores de todo reclamo y responsabilidad de cualquier tipo que surja, en su totalidad o en parte, directa o indirectamente, de la participación de dicha persona en la votación. Los Administradores tomarán las medidas que sean razonables, cuando sea posible, para evitar la votación fuera del Área geográfica. No obstante, pueden considerarse algunos votos emitidos fuera del Área geográfica, y dicha persona renuncia a cualquier reclamación que dicha persona pueda tener contra los Administradores como resultado de la inclusión de dichos votos.
Estas reglas se encuentran sujetas a modificación en cualquier momento a entera discreción de los Administradores. Cualquier notificación relacionada con dicho cambio será publicada en Telemundo.com/vota.
Precaución: cualquier intento de un participante o cualquier persona de dañar deliberadamente un servicio de Internet o sitio web, manipular el proceso de votación o socavar de alguna otra forma el funcionamiento legítimo de la votación constituye una violación a las leyes penales y civiles, y si dicho intento se llevara a cabo, los Administradores se reservan el derecho a entablar una demanda por daños y perjuicios y/o solicitar otros recursos contra dicha persona hasta el alcance máximo que permita la ley.
F. CONDICIONES DE LA VOTACIÓN:
Al votar, usted acuerda que no utilizará ningún servicio no oficial de terceros para emitir votos a su nombre. Los Administradores se reservan el derecho a descalificar, bloquear o eliminar cualquier voto de cualquier persona que vote a través de un medio electrónico, mecánico o automatizado, o que manipule de cualquier otra forma el proceso de votación, o por cualquier otro motivo, según lo determinen los Administradores a su entera discreción.
Los Administradores no son responsables de los daños causados a los aparatos de los votantes que puedan surgir a partir del uso del servicio. Los Administradores se reservan el derecho, por cualquier motivo y a su entera discreción, a modificar, suspender o descontinuar el servicio de votación sin previo aviso.
Los Administradores se reservan el derecho a modificar las reglas del concurso o la votación del Programa, las reglas de votación oficiales y los términos y condiciones de este proceso de votación en cualquier momento a su entera discreción.
El premio otorgado al aire al ganador del Programa Lineal y del Show Digital está sujeto a los términos, condiciones, reglas y calificaciones de cada programa.

OFFICIAL VOTING RULES
Viewers must note that the following rules and procedures are subject to change at the sole discretion of Telemundo Network Group, LLC (“Producer”).
A. VOTING AVAILABILITY:
Voting for the show, “El Domo del Dinero” (“Show") will run throughout the voting period (see “WHEN CAN I VOTE”). Each day, fans will be able to vote for their favorite contestant. There is one (1) voting method for submitting your vote(s) for the Show, as described below.
B. VOTING METHOD:
ONLINE VOTING (“Online Voting”). For the Show, Online Voting is available with a valid unique identifier via online and mobile web at Telemundo.com/vota.
During the voting period (see section “WHEN TO VOTE”) go to Telemundo.com/vota (desktop or mobile), click on “VOTA” and follow the links to vote using your valid unique identifier to cast your vote. During the Show’s voting period, there is a limit of up to one (1) vote per day per unique identifier. Any attempt to exceed the number of allotted votes per unique identifier will not be counted. If you have taken the proper steps to cast your votes, you will be presented with a confirmation page.

Producer reserves the right to disqualify, block, or remove any votes originating from an electronic, mechanical or automated means, or originating from any individual who tampers with or otherwise obstructs the vote process, as set forth herein. Rules and procedures are subject to change at Producer’s sole discretion.
Online Voting is limited to individuals with a valid unique identifier.

C. COST OF VOTING:
Online Voting is subject to standard Internet access charges. If navigating to the Online Voting page or via a mobile phone, data rates may apply.
D. WHEN TO VOTE:
Voting period: Voting is available starting on Tuesday, October 13, 2020 at 7:00 PM ET and will be available through Thursday, February 4, 2021 at 7:00 PM ET, subject to change at Producer’s discretion.
Rules and procedures are subject to change at Producer’s sole discretion, without notice.
E. DISCLAIMERS:
Telemundo Network Group, LLC, and/or Telescope, Inc. and their respective parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities and persons (collectively, the “Administrators”) shall not be responsible for and shall not be liable for communications malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable networks or servers; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or other technical failures; garbled, lost, misrouted or scrambled transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in any transmission or communication; traffic congestion or for any technical problem which may cause the voting to be disrupted or corrupted. If for any reason the voting is not capable of being executed as planned, or if there is an infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud or technical failures, or if any other causes beyond the control of Administrators corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this voting, the Administrators reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to withdraw the transmission of any vote. Furthermore, the Administrators may permanently disqualify from any promotion any person they believe has intentionally violated these rules, and to terminate or suspend voting at any point and declare the vote results based on the votes up to that point, if it appears that the voting process has been so distorted by hacking or other interference that the results would not reflect actual valid votes should the voting continue. In the event of technical difficulties with the online voting or telephone voting, Administrators reserve the right to review the votes for accuracy and to take any appropriate action, including, without limitation, voiding the votes cast during the time-period in which such technical difficulties occurred. Administrators and their respective agents, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and affiliates assume no responsibility for any injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer relating to or resulting from entering or downloading materials or software in connection with this vote. Administrators are not responsible for telecommunications, network, electronic, technical or computer failures of any kind, for inaccurate transcription of voting information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, for any human or electronic error, or for votes that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, or late. By participating, each individual agrees to release, indemnify and hold the Administrators harmless against any and all claims and liabilities of any kind arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, out of such individual’s participation in the voting. Administrators will take reasonable steps where practicable to prevent voting outside of the Geographic Area; however, some votes cast outside of the Geographic Area may be counted, and such individual waives any claims such individual may have against the Administrators as a result of the inclusion of such votes.
These rules are subject to change at any time at the sole discretion of the Administrators. Notification regarding any such change will be posted at Telemundo.com/vota.
Caution: Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage any online service or website, tamper with the voting process, or otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the voting is a violation of criminal and civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Administrators reserve the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
F. CONDITIONS FOR VOTING:
By voting, you are agreeing not to use any unofficial, third party services to cast votes on your behalf. Administrators reserve the right to disqualify, block or remove any votes from any individual who votes by any electronic, mechanical or automated means, or otherwise tampers with the vote process, or for any other reason, as determined by Administrators in their sole discretion.
Administrators are not responsible for any damages to voters’ device(s) that may occur from use of service. Administrators reserve the right, for any reason and in their sole discretion, to modify, suspend or discontinue the voting service without prior notice.
Administrators reserve the right to modify any of the Show’s contest or voting rules, the Official Voting Rules, the voting period, and the terms and conditions of this voting process at any time in their sole discretion.
The prizes awarded to the winner of the Show on-air are subject to the terms, conditions, rules and qualifications of the Show.
