She is a huge animal lover and comes from a large Albanian family. She is the first Albanian to be crowned Miss Michigan USA. Elizabeth is the oldest of her two brothers, Anton and Martin, and one of the oldest of 31 first cousins. In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys baking, reading, scrapbooking, spending time with her family and dog, and being outdoors.
