Eight-year-old Saffie-Rose-Roussos was one of the victims among the 22 that were killed in a suicide attack after Ariana Grande’s Dangerous Woman concert in Manchester, England this Monday. According to NBC News, 59 other people were wounded, including some who suffered life-threatening injuries.
