Premios Tu Música Urbano announced the first round of performers who will hit the stage at the second edition of the only award show dedicated to the celebration of Latin Urban Music.
Puerto Rican rapper Nicky Jam will lead the performances and will also be honored as this year’s “Special Achievement Honoree,” following the steps of his fellow rapper and “King of Reggaeton,” Daddy Yankee.
The star-studded lineup of performers at Premios Tu Música Urbano 2020 will include performances from Wisin & Yandel, Natti Nattasha, Sech, Jhay Cortez, Farruko, CNCO, Sebatián Yatra, and Manuel Turizo.
Hosted by former Miss Universe, Zuleyka Rivera, the second edition of Premios Tu Música Urbano will be held at the renowned Coliseum Jose Miguel Agrelot in Puerto Rico on March 5th.
The Premios Tu Música Urbano categories recognize the best of the best Latin urban artists. Bad Bunny leads this year’s pack with 19 nods, while Anuel AA follows close behind with 16 nominations. Daddy Yankee and J Balvin scored 16 nods respectively, Ozuna received 15 nominations and Karol G scored 8.
Fans can vote for their favorite artists in five special categories which include Artist of the Year, Song of the Year, Video of the Year, Concert of the Year, and World Tour.
