Maluma released the video for his new single "Que Chimba" on his YouTube channel and on his social media along with a challenge to encourage his fans to stay home during the pandemic.
The song is an electronic Colombian guaracha, produced by Victor Cárdenas, that inspires dancing and it’s very popular in Colombia. A few months ago the song was leaked through DJs, in his main-land. "Que Chimba" was played in many nightclubs and immediately became a hit with the younger crowd, which made Maluma release the song in response to the popular demand.
Recently, the Colombian singer postponed his European tour due to the crisis experienced worldwide by COVID-19. Maluma has returned to his home in Medellín where his "El Arte de los Sueños" foundation is committed to the population of his native land.
