Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have separated and are in marriage counseling

After six years of marriage and more than eight years together, we know that the reality TV star and rapper are going on separate ways.

Divorce could be imminent for the famous Hollywood couple. The celebrity love story faces a big change.

After six years of marriage and more than eight years together, we know that the reality TV star and rapper are going on separate ways. Kim, however, has yet to file for divorce.

"The point has come when they haven't spent time together as a couple in months, " said a source to 'E! News'. "They have been seen for the sake of children, but have lived apart. Kim knows the marriage is over. She's known for a while," he added.

However, Kim has not made the separation official and according to the source, "She wants to make sure she is making the right decision for the children."

The informant detailed the same medium, "It's no longer about marriage, she'll always care about Kanye, but it's over between them. Kim only focuses on what's best for kids. It's a tough decision for her and she's working it out."

So far, Kim and Kanye's representatives have not given any statement to the medium.

It was just late last May that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West celebrated their sixth wedding anniversary, with a romantic social media message in which the star of "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" told her husband, and father of their four children, that they would be together "forever, to the end."

But then, in mid-July, the rapper had his first presidential rally, and there, he talked about abortion and started crying when he remembered how he reacted to the news that he would become a father alongside Kim Kardashian.

In addition to the controversy raised with his revelations, Kanye West exploded against his partner and his mother-in-law, Kris Jenner, and via Twitter posted several messages in which he spoke of his family's plans for him and where he also mentioned his children, North, Saint, Chicago and Psalm West.

Shortly after that, rumors about Kim and Kanye's impending divorce began to be handled in various media, although at that time, a source told 'E! News' that celebrities were only spending a time apart and that, despite the problems, they had not yet had serious conversations dissolving their marriage.

"Kim has mentioned it several times, but does not plan to apply until Kanye stabilizes. In any case, Kanye is probably the one to file for divorce abruptly," the informant shared with the aforementioned medium, referencing the rapper's bipolar disorder, which had been exposed to his recent behavior.

"You haven't seen the kids in a week. Kim has been trying to fly to Wyoming to get help from Kanye and refuses," the source said. "She wants to help him and has tried for over a month. Kanye's behavior has progressively worsened," the source said.

Faced with Kanye's statements, Kim broke the silence through a brief statement she shared through her Instagram stories, where she asked for empathy and compassion for her husband, whom she assured was not having a good time.

After the scandal, Kanye West apologized to Kim Kardashian for talking about his private life, and then the couple met in Wyoming, without being able to avoid the paparazzi.

Although there seemed to be a reconciliation for the 43-year-old musician and the 39-year-old entrepreneur, things didn't happen that way.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West met in 2003, and on May 24, 2014, they married at the historic Forte di Belvedere in Florence, Italy, in 2014. 'E! News' reported that the wedding cost approximately $2.8 million, plus a week's trip in Paris.

Kim and Kanye's lavish wedding included closest relatives, including their eldest daughter, North West, who was born in June 2013.

At the ceremony, Andrea Bocelli performed the "Hail Mary", and at the festival there were several celebrities, such as LaLa Anthony, Jonathan Cheban, Blac Chyna, Brittny Gastineau, John Legend, Jaden Smith, Chrissy Teigen and Tyga.

In October 2019, when Kim and Kanye starred in the series "True Hollywood Story", it came to light that, one of the first difficulties they had, Kim he revealed, was when before beginning with Kanye, her husband's friends did not see that relationship with good eyes.

"Everyone was like, 'You can't be with her. She's a reality show star. She's going to sink your career,'" Kim recounted, but noted that Kanye followed her heart instead of the advice. "It was like, 'But I love her. I don't care."
