A few days ago Britney Spears ex-husband, Kevin Federline, gave an interview to the ‘Daily Mail’ in which he explained that his children Sean Preston, 16, and Jayden, 15, no longer wanted to know anything about their mother due to the sensual photographs that she publishes on her Instagram account.
For this reason, the singer shared a long reflection on her social media where she explained the reason why she believes that there was a breakup with Sean and Jayden.
She first criticized her ex, “The situation should have been dealt with 100 percent in private and definitely not online,” referring to the interview with Federline, whom she was married to from 2004 to 2007.
"A British network claimed that their stepmom’s goal is to keep the children away from all the controversy and trauma in my home... I have love in my home and I have blessings from the people I allow in and out of my home!!” Britney said.
The singer explained how her children behaved, “Yeah, I know that teenagers are just hard to deal with that age... but COME ON, there’s being rude then there’s being HATEFUL. They would come to visit me, walk in the door, go straight to their room and lock the door !!! The MONITOR would tell me that he just likes to be in his room .. I’m like why come visit me if they don’t even visit me !!! But I never said that because I have to be kind !!!"
She also explained that she just tried to give them her best, “I tried and tried, and maybe that’s why they stopped coming here. I wanted them to love me so much that I may have exaggerated. This summer, they told me, ‘maybe we come here less’ and I thought that would be fine.”
She finally showed her discomfort, "I can’t process how I dedicated 20 years of my life to those kids... Everything was about them!!! For them to knock the breath out of me a see you can’t fix me!!! No therapy or sense of worship can fix my heart!! I will forever have trauma and I know this, I’ve accepted it.”
Following Britney’s statements, Federline shared three (since-deleted videos) on his Instagram account of Jayden and Sean arguing with their mother, along with which he wrote, “I can’t sit back and let my children be accused in this way after what they have been through. As much as it hurts us, we decided as a family to post these videos. This isn’t even the worst. The lies have to stop. I hope our children grow up to be better than this.”
