Demi Lovato just announced that she and model Austin Wilson have split up just before the holidays.
The Latinx artist confirmed that they were no longer together and asked fans for respect and to “not go after” him with mean-spirited comments.
“Please don’t go after him. He’s a good guy. Much better than what people see on the outside just because he’s got a lot of tattoos,” Demi shared on social media.
She added, “Breakups are hard for both parties involved. Just stay nice and say prayers.”

Lovato and WIlson became Instagram official in November, when the singer referred to the model as "My love." Prior to that, the artist had been linked to "The Bachelorette's" Mike Johnson, with whom she was reportedly hanging out earlier this year.
“She’s concentrating on herself and her work right now, as well as focusing on her relationship with God,” a source said, according to People. “She’s excited for what this next chapter in 2020 will bring.”
