The urban singer gave a powerful performance of his single “Yo contra Ti” along with the Orquesta Sinfónica de Puerto Rico. The song is a call to raise awareness about cancer, mainly in women.

For the first time, the show was hosted by five women: Aracely Arámbula, Becky G, Gloria Trevi, Leslie Grace, and Roselyn Sánchez were the hosts of the night, and they all recognized women in Latin music.
