Cardi B will be performing at the American Music Awards on Oct. 9 alongside Bad Bunny and J Balvin, as it was announced on Wednesday (Sept. 26) by dick clark productions and ABC.
Performing the genre-bending Latin trap hit "I Like It," the trio will deliver their first performance on the American Music Awards stage. It will also be Cardi's first televised awards show performance since the birth of her daughter Kulture in July.
Cardi B ties for the top-nominated AMAs artist this year with a total of eight nominations, including new artist of the year and favorite rap/hip-hop artist. J Balvin is also nominated for favorite Latin artist.

The trio joins a star-studded performance lineup, with Mariah Carey, Benny Blanco with Halsey and Khalid, Post Malone featuring Ty Dolla $ign and Carrie Underwood also set to take the stage.
Hosted by Tracee Ellis Ross, the AMAs will air live on Oct. 9 at 8:00 p.m EST on ABC. The show winners are decided entirely by fans, with voting now open via VoteAMAs.com.
