Mojito
This Cuban cocktail is made with white rum, azúcar, lime juice, soda water and hierbabuena. For a variation on the drink, try the "cojito", which adds coconut rum, or a mango mojito which adds mango chunks to the mix.

Paloma
You might not have heard of this Mexican drink. It’s made by mixing Tequila with grapefruit soda (think Fresca or Jarritos). ¡Very resfrescante!
Pisco Sour
If you’re a whisky sour fan, give this one a try. Mix Pisco peruano with fresh squeezed lime juice, simple syrup, hielo, egg white and Angostura Bitters. ¿Qué es pisco? you ask. Think Peruvian brandy. Or is it Chilean? That's a sore subject for another story.

Daiquirí
The second cocktail of origen cubano to make our list is simple to make: 1½oz. rum, 1oz. simple syrup, and ¾oz. fresh lime juice shaken with ice. There are many flavored versions of this refreshing drink to suit your mood.
Piña Colada
La bebida nacional de Puerto Rico, in its simplest version, combines rum, coconut cream, and pineapple juice. These ingredients are either blended or shaken with ice. We prefer the blended version for a boozy slushie.
