“Hi, Camila Cabello!” Watch John Mayer’s Musical Rendition of "Fourth Harmony" (VIDEO)

Was this a regular shout out? Or maybe he’s Camila's biggest fan?

You don’t say!

Although it’s been months since Camila Cabello’s said her goodbyes to Fifth Harmony, John Mayer still isn’t over it. How do we know this? Well, the 39-year-old singer took to social media this week, to share his two cents on what a harmony of 4 notes sounds like, compared to five notes.

"I like Fifth Harmony," he says, playing the piano. "But then, Camila left the band, and now it's just this," he said, returning to the four notes. "If you really wanted to add me, you'd get this," throwing in a sixth, "and that's one too many notes. Point being: Hi, Camila."

Have a look for yourself below:

What is he trying to say exactly? Was this a regular shout out? Or maybe he’s Camila's biggest fan?

Things to ponder.
